Our College Prep Program is for athletes looking for a better way to improve their body's response to the physical demands of both his/her sport and daily life. No matter where they are in their training, we help build strength and explosive power while drastically lowering the risk of injury. We know athletes play the way they train. It’s only by pushing and learning our own limitations that we know how to surpass them. If they want to run faster, switch direction at breakneck speeds, jump higher, and increase overall power, the body needs to be trained to do so. Sports Performance Training at Maximize Potential in Belton guides athletes through exercises designed to challenge and improve all aspects of the body.
SPEED TRAINING
Structured speed training program that combines 6 different modalities of movement to enhance the overall athleticism of every individual.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Programmed strength program focusing on posterior chain development, lower body explosiveness, single leg strength, increased vertical jump and improve jumping and landing position.

Transition Program
ATHLETES AGE 10-12

Our Transition Program is designed to take advantage of the growth spurt and natural biological changes of an athlete’s bod. The main focus of this stage in training is to improve the athlete's ability to change direction, accelerate, and produce power. We work on extensively developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.  Athletes will come away from this program with improved athleticism and a positive attitude toward training as they get older.

Jump Start Program
ATHLETES AGES 7-9

Our Jump Start Program is for athletes ages 7-9.  It includes age and developmentally appropriate exercises that will help them feel encouraged and excited to keep coming back. We lay the foundation for proper form and healthy habits that will follow them throughout their lives. From extensive chats about safety to in-depth learning about athlete nutrition, we set them up for success. You don’t need us to tell you that athletic activity is good for children. While we want them to have fun, we also want them to know how to do it safely and enjoyably. As a result, we set up our classes to be fun, challenging, and educational.

Team Training
ATHLETES AGES 7+
Teams either rise together or fall together — there is no in between. While each individual can push to be their best, it is only through learning to work together that they can truly accomplish incredible things. Maximize Potential is the premier choice when it comes to developing team speed, strength and conditioning. Our trainers will join you at your training area and provide a team workout, or you can meet us at our gym to experience something new. We work closely with teams during their off-season and in-season as a whole to work on developing strength, power, and agility with one another.
